I've added syndication now...
I've added a FeedBurner feed option now. You can access the little button over there on the right. Right? Those of you who want to use it, please let me know how it works. I'm especially curious to know how it works for blind readers.

You probably want to figure out how to replace "MyWebsite.com" with something a little more accurate.
Out of curiosity, why do you prefer to publish only excerpts rather than the full text?
