Institution To Stay Open "To Protect Residents' Rights", Judge Rules
Memphis, TN, Feb. 24, 2003 -- A judge has ruled that the 200 people with developmental disabilities housed at Arlington Developmental Center will remain at the facility, because of "the public's interest in protecting the constitutional rights of residents," the Memphis Commercial Appeal reported.
