Foley Introduces ADA Notification Act -- again

WASHINGTON, DC, JUNE 27, 2005-- Like a bad penny, the ADA Notification Act keeps returning. Once again, Reps. Mark Foley (R. - FL) and Clay Shaw (R. - FL) have re-introduced this bill, which would require a disabled person to give a business 90 days' advance notice before suing them for an access violation under the 1990 Americans with Disabilities Act. No matter that they've already had 15 years' notice.
