Blind businessman sues LAX over shuttle service
LOS ANGELES, NOV. 24, 2003 -- A blind Californian who travels through the Los Angeles International Airport frequently on business is suing AirportBus for what he says is a consistent pattern of failures to pick him up along with other passengers. Alex Valdez's lawsuit charges the bus service with violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and California civil rights laws.
