Marshalls Stores Settle, Will Have Crip Evac Policies

Savage, who sued Marshalls Department Stores two years ago when she was trapped in the basement during a fire alarm, has won a partial settlement from the store, but will continue her suit, she says, until all Marshalls stores nationwide have an evacuation policy.
