United Cerebral Palsy Launches DontBlockMyVote.org
WASHINGTON, DC, Aug. 2, 2004 --United Cerebral Palsy has launched www.DontBlockMyVote.org, a "national campaign for equal access to the polls, to call on Members of Congress to fully fund the Help America Vote Act of 2002," says the group in a press release.
